Technology Lighthouse, Inc.

Technology Lighthouse, Inc. is a minority-owned business incorporated in the State of Florida. We've been developing and hosting web sites for small businesses and non-profit organizations since 2002. Officers are James C. (Jim) Winters and Marcella (Marcy) Roman Winters.

Jim is our main webmaster, site designer, programmer, and technical specialist. He holds a B.S. in Physical Science (Chemistry) from Ft. Lewis College and a Ph. D. in Physical Chemistry from Texas A&M University. Most of his career has been spent in the paper industry. Along with his other duties, he has developed web-based training and technical support materials since 1995.

Marcy provides the artistic talent and financial balance for the company. She is multi-talented to the extreme: registered pharmacist, wife and mother, artist, and craftsman. She holds a B.A. in English from Texas A&M University and a B.Ph. from the University of Texas.

Joe Winters is our photographer, multimedia expert, and hardware guru in his "spare" time. He's a Information Technology graduate (2008) of the University of West Florida (Pensacola). Joe was Staff Photographer for Camp Winshape (Rome, Georgia) during the summer of 2005, taking up to 300 photos a day, organizing and editing them, and uploading them to the camp's web site. He enjoys all sorts of gaming, especially World of Warcraft and the model-based Warhammer (he plays High Elves and Dwarfs), instant messaging, and music.
